Prandau-Normann Castle is a historic castle complex in Valpovo, eastern Croatia, built on the foundations of a medieval fortress and later transformed into an elegant aristocratic residence.

The castle is named after the noble Prandau and Normann families, who owned and developed the estate for more than two centuries. The complex combines medieval and Baroque architecture, featuring a preserved defensive tower, a chapel, palace wings, and a large landscaped park.

Its evolution from a fortified stronghold into a noble residence reflects the changing lifestyles and influence of the region’s aristocracy. Today, Prandau-Normann Castle is one of the most important cultural landmarks in Slavonia. It houses the Museum of Valpovo, where visitors can explore exhibits on local history, the noble families who lived there, and the cultural heritage of the surrounding area.
