Rodi Garganico is a small coastal town in the province of Foggia, in the Apulia region of southeast Italy, situated on a rocky promontory above the Adriatic Sea as part of the Gargano National Park.

It is known for its long sandy beaches on both sides of the town, a quiet marina, and easy access to the Gargano coastline and the nearby Tremiti Islands, which are popular for boat trips and diving. The historic center is compact and medieval in feel, with narrow streets, whitewashed houses, and a few churches that reflect centuries of religious life along this stretch of the coast.

Rodi Garganico is also famous for its citrus‑fruit production, especially “Arance del Gargano” (Gargano Oranges) and the “Femminiello” lemon, both protected DOP varieties that have been cultivated in the area since the Middle Ages and are celebrated at a local Festival of Oranges each spring. Thanks to its position on the Gargano “spur” of Italy’s heel, the town blends sea views, olive and citrus groves, and a laid‑back atmosphere that makes it a relaxing alternative to busier Adriatic resorts.
