Saint Naum Monastery, near the Albanian border on Lake Ohrid in North Macedonia, was founded around 905 AD by Saint Naum of Ohrid, a disciple of Saints Cyril and Methodius.

The monastery is an important spiritual and cultural site known for its beautiful Byzantine architecture, extensive frescoes mainly from the 16th to 19th centuries, and its peaceful location overlooking the lake.
