Seigneurie d'Anhaive is a historic estate and listed monument in Jambes, a section of Namur on the right bank of the Meuse, Belgium.

It was originally a small rural lordship whose core was a square donjon (tower) surrounded by moats, and this tower was in the hands of the Bishop of Liège, Jean de Flandre, who lived there from 1285 until his death in 1291.

The estate remained under Liège episcopal ownership until the 14th century, when it was sold to a Namur bourgeois, and over the centuries the complex—arranged around a square courtyard with outbuildings, a manor house, and the tower—was repeatedly damaged by war and modified, so that today only the old stable, the main residential building (corps de logis) and the tower survive. 

Threatened with demolition in the mid‑20th century due to urban expansion, the remaining structures were finally classified, restored and adaptively reused through joint efforts of the King Baudouin Foundation, the Walloon Heritage authorities and the architect Jean Geus, and since 1995 the site has hosted the Centre d’archéologie, d’art et d’histoire de Jambes, with exhibition galleries and a museum that traces Jambes from prehistory to the present, including its medieval lordship and notable monuments such as the church of Saint‑Martin.
