Villa Santa Maria is a late‑19th‑century manor house, often described as a “castle villa” or château, in the town of Spa in the Ardennes of Wallonia, Belgium, located at rue de Barisart 211, less than a kilometre from Spa’s town centre and close to the wooded hills and the historic “route des sources” of the famous spa town.

Built in 1893, the building has been extensively renovated while preserving much of its original character, and it is now operated as a large holiday villa that can accommodate up to 15 guests in eight bedrooms, with four bathrooms or bath‑rooms, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, bar area and a range of indoor and outdoor leisure facilities such as a sauna, billiards, table football, Netflix, a garden, barbecue area, ping‑pong and pétanque, as well as nearby activities like thermal baths, walking, cycling and golf in the Spa region.

Unlike a museum or publicly open historic monument, Villa Santa Maria is primarily a private rental property for groups, families and friends, and while its architecture and garden reflect the style of a luxurious villa from the Belle Époque, it is not normally phased as a tourist castle open for guided visits but rather as a place to stay close to Spa’s attractions, the Musée de la Ville des Eaux and the surrounding Ardennes landscape.
