Zrinski Castle, also known as Čakovec Castle, is a medieval fortress located in the center of Čakovec in northern Croatia.

Originally built in the 13th century, it became the residence of the powerful Zrinski noble family in the 16th century and developed into an important political, military, and cultural center of the Međimurje region. Over the centuries, the castle was expanded and rebuilt several times, gaining its present Renaissance and Baroque appearance.

It played a significant role in Croatian history and is associated with notable members of the Zrinski family, including Zrinski and Zrinski. Today, Zrinski Castle is one of the most important historical landmarks in Croatia. It houses the Međimurje Museum, which preserves the region’s cultural heritage, and is surrounded by Zrinski Park, making it a popular destination for visitors interested in history, architecture, and local culture.
