Burg Kropfsberg is a medieval castle ruin near Reith im Alpbachtal in Tyrol, Austria, above St. Gertraudi in the Inn Valley. It was built around the 12th century as a border fortress for the Salzburg archbishops and was once one of the largest castles in Tyrol. Today it survives as a protected ruin with impressive walls and three towers, known mainly for its history and its hillside views.
