Burg- und Schlossruine Wullroß (also spelled Wullross) is the protected ruin of two closely situated fortified hill castles in the Innere Wimitz area of northern Carinthia, Austria, belonging to the municipality of Weitensfeld im Gurktal.

The site lies on wooded ground at about 950 meters above sea level between the small settlements of Wullroß and Psein, just above the road that runs along the Wimitz valley, and it is known from its first written mention in 1200, when it appears as “Woldris,” with later references such as “Volreichs” in 1342 confirming its medieval significance.

The medieval castle, originally a high medieval fortress, is now reduced to only small remains, most notably a roughly square tower with a side length of about seven meters and a chapel attached to its southeast side, which still stand as clearly identifiable fragments of the original structure. To the northwest of this medieval core, where a Renaissance palace (Schloss) was later built, the remains are far more obscured, heavily overgrown with vegetation and only barely visible as low wall fragments and outlines of former rooms, making this part of the site difficult to interpret without close inspection.
