Burgruine Hardegg is a small ruined castle on a wooded hill north of Zweikirchen in the municipality of Liebenfels in Carinthia, Austria.

It was first mentioned in 1134 as a Romanesque twin-castle complex, consisting originally of two powerful towers that were later linked by residential buildings to form a small courtyard, and the site was further expanded and modified in Renaissance times. The ruin belongs to the wider “castle ring” of major fortifications that once surrounded the ducal capital of St. Veit, together with nearby Burgruine Liebenfels, Gradenegg and Liemberg, and it may have once had a higher tower with a chapel to the south.

Today the site is privately owned farmland, and entering the ruins is prohibited because of the high risk of collapse and falling stones, so visitors can only view the walls from outside while appreciating its role as a historic watchpoint in central Carinthia.
