Bygholm Castle is a historic manor and former royal castle located just outside Horsens in Denmark.

Its origins date back to 1313, when King Eric VI Menved ordered the construction of a fortress in the area. The present main building, however, is a Baroque-style manor completed in 1775 and designed by architect Andreas Møller. Over the centuries, Bygholm served as a royal estate and was associated with several notable figures, including Erik Lange, a nobleman known for his interest in alchemy and his connection to Brahe.

The estate later passed into private ownership before being acquired by Horsens Municipality in 1918. Today, Bygholm Castle operates as a hotel, while its surrounding parkland is open to the public. The estate is valued for its elegant architecture, historic significance, and beautiful landscaped grounds, where traces of the original medieval fortress can still be found.
