Hesselagergård is a historic manor house on the island of Funen in Denmark, near the village of Hesselager.

Built between 1538 and 1550 by the influential statesman Johan Friis, it is widely regarded as the oldest Renaissance building in Denmark and one of the country’s most important historic estates. Originally designed as a fortified manor surrounded by moats, the building combines late Gothic defensive features with early Renaissance architecture.

Its distinctive red-brick walls, decorative gables, towers, and watchman's gallery make it a remarkable example of the transition between medieval and Renaissance styles in Northern Europe. The estate dates back to at least the 13th century and has been owned by the von Blixen-Finecke family since 1904. Today, Hesselagergård is celebrated for its architectural significance, rich history, and well-preserved interiors, including the famous Deer Room frieze from around 1550.
