Krengerup
Denmark, Denmark
Krengerup is a historic manor estate located near Glamsbjerg on the island of Funen, Denmark.
Although the estate’s origins date back to at least the 16th century, its elegant Neoclassical main building was constructed between 1772 and 1783 and is considered one of the finest examples of this architectural style in Denmark. The estate has been owned by the Rantzau family since 1770 and remains an active agricultural property.
Surrounded by parkland, forests, and farmland, it reflects centuries of Danish rural and aristocratic history. Today, Krengerup welcomes visitors to its grounds and museums, including a flax weaving museum and a Škoda Museum. Its well-preserved buildings, cultural attractions, and scenic setting make it a notable heritage destination on Funen.
