Meilgaard Slotskro is a restaurant and event venue located on the historic Meilgaard Estate near Glesborg on the Djursland peninsula in Denmark.

It is housed in the estate’s former carriage house and stable buildings, where original features such as ornate wrought-iron horse stalls have been preserved, creating a setting that blends history with modern comfort. The inn is closely connected to Meilgaard Castle, one of Denmark’s oldest manor estates, with origins dating back to the 14th century and a castle building from 1573.

The estate has been owned by the Iuel family since 1868 and remains an important landmark in the region. Today, Meilgaard Slotskro hosts weddings, conferences, family celebrations, and other events, offering guests the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of a historic Danish estate surrounded by parkland, forests, and the scenic coastline of northern Djursland.
