The Arboretum de la Petite Loiterie is a privately run, educational arboretum of about 16 hectares located at Le Sentier in Monthodon, Indre‑et‑Loire, in the Centre‑Val de Loire region of France, roughly 30 kilometers north of Tours.

Created beginning in the 1990s and opened to the public in 2003, it focuses not on rare or exotic species but on woody plants commonly available in commercial nurseries, with more than 2,000 species and cultivars of trees and shrubs planted since 1995.

The site is laid out so that plants with similar leaves are grouped together, helping visitors compare and recognize close relatives and subtle differences, and it also includes 3.5 hectares of meadow and wetlands, 4 hectares of woodland, and around 2 kilometers of hedgerows that support local wildlife.

The arboretum is open only on selected days or by appointment for guided tours, and it functions as a pedagogical park and demonstration site for sustainable tree and shrub management, pruning techniques, and long‑term observation of plant growth in a rural setting.
