The Jardin des plantes de La Rochelle, also known as the Botanical Garden of La Rochelle, is a small botanical garden located behind the Natural History Museum at 28 rue Albert Ier in the center of La Rochelle, Charente-Maritime, France.

Created in the 17th century by the Jesuit College and becoming a municipal botanical garden in 1808, it was formerly owned by Jesuits and now houses plant collections from all four corners of the world and five continents, including local plants as well as species from China, North Africa, and North America.

The garden features special spaces dedicated to exploration with specimens brought back by famous travelers like Alcide d'Orbigny, and it also houses natural history collections and a reconstructed dolmen. It is open daily without charge, covers about 8,700 square meters, and offers a peaceful green space that complements visits to the Natural History Museum's first floor.
