Château de Lassay in Lassay-les-Châteaux, France, was built in the 14th and 15th centuries on the site of an earlier 12th-century castle destroyed during the Hundred Years War.

It is remarkable for its eight round towers connected by curtain walls with machicolations and a two-storey barbican, making it a rare, well-preserved example of medieval military architecture. The castle once functioned as a fortified border stronghold and was besieged multiple times during the Wars of Religion. Despite its turbulent history, the castle survived largely intact, with restoration efforts ongoing under the ownership of the Montalembert family.

Today, it stands majestically by a pond and features a recreated medieval garden, an adjacent chapel, and hosts guided tours and cultural events, highlighting its historical and architectural significance.
