Château de Bouillé Saint Paul is a historic castle located in Bouillé-Saint-Paul (now part of Val en Vignes) in the Deux-Sèvres department of western France.

The site is believed to date back to the 13th century and was originally associated with the Duchy of Thouars. During the 15th century, the fortress was strengthened, featuring defensive walls, circular towers, moats, drawbridges, and a central keep that protected the lord’s residence. Over the centuries, the castle evolved from a medieval stronghold into a more residential complex.

Significant modifications were made during the 19th century, when parts of the original fortifications were incorporated into a manor-style building, while some historic features such as towers and a 16th-century dovecote were preserved. Today, the château serves as the local town hall, making it both a landmark of regional heritage and an active civic building.
