Château de Brissac is a grand historic château located in Brissac Loire Aubance in the Loire Valley of France.

Originally built as a medieval fortress by the Counts of Anjou in the 11th century, it was rebuilt and enlarged over several centuries, eventually becoming the residence of the powerful Cossé-Brissac family, who still own it today. The château is famous for its impressive size and architecture. Reconstructed in the early 17th century after suffering damage during the French Wars of Religion.

It became the tallest château in France, rising seven stories and combining medieval foundations with elegant Renaissance and Baroque features. Today, Château de Brissac is one of the most remarkable castles in the Loire region. Visitors are drawn to its richly decorated interiors, landscaped park, and long family history.
