Château de Latour, located in the village of Latour-sur-Sorgues within the commune of Marnhagues-et-Latour in the Aveyron department of France, is a historic castle dating back to the 15th century.

It stands on a rocky promontory overlooking the Sorgues river. The castle features architectural elements such as two residential buildings arranged in an L-shape, a keep, a chemin de ronde (walkway for guards), polygonal échaugettes (small turrets), and twin arcaded windows. Inside, there is a notable 16th-century painted ceiling and a reconstruction of a cloistered nun's cell.

Owned by the commune since 1991, the castle has been restored by a local association and is open to visitors, with some rooms converted into holiday accommodations. The castle combines medieval military architecture with Renaissance aesthetics and remains an important cultural heritage site in the region.
