Château de Villeneuve, also known as Château de Villeneuve-Loubet, is a medieval fortress overlooking the village of Villeneuve-Loubet on the French Riviera.

Built between 1231 and 1234 by Romée de Villeneuve, a prominent servant of the Counts of Provence, it was designed to secure and control the surrounding region. The castle is notable for its impressive pentagonal keep, fortified walls, towers, and drawbridge. During the Renaissance, it was expanded and transformed into a more comfortable residence while retaining its defensive character.

Over the centuries, it hosted important historical figures, including Emperor Charles V and King Francis I of France during negotiations related to the Truce of Nice in 1538. Today, the château remains one of the best-preserved medieval castles in the Alpes-Maritimes region. Surrounded by a historic park and protected as a historic monument, it stands as a reminder of the area's medieval and Renaissance heritage.
