Droupt-Saint-Basle is a small commune (village) in the Aube department in north-eastern France, located in the Grand Est region about 21 kilometers from Troyes, the department capital.

The name "Saint-Basle" was added to honor Saint Basle de Verzy, a 6th-century hermit, and the commune is categorized as a rural community in the countryside of Champagne-Ardenne.

Key historical landmarks include the Château de Droupt-Saint-Saint-Basle, a 16th-century castle that was added to the list of monuments historiques in 1987 and 1993, and the Church of Saint-Léonard-et-Saint-Basle, originally built in the 12th century and protected as a historical monument since 1986.
