The Jardin Botanique de l'Université de Strasbourg is a 3.5-hectare botanical garden and arboretum located in the heart of Strasbourg, Alsace, France, just 1 kilometer east of the cathedral at 28 rue Goethe in the Neustadt district.

Originally created in 1619 within the former Protestant Academy, the garden was moved to its current location in 1884 and is now operated by the University of Strasbourg. It houses approximately 15,000 specimens representing more than 5,500 to 6,000 plant species, making it one of the few university botanical gardens in France and a living museum of plant biodiversity.

The garden features the historic Anton de Bary greenhouse, which is classified as a Monument historique, and is organized into diverse collections showcasing the infinite richness of the plant world. Admission is completely free, and the garden is open daily from March 1 to December 24 with seasonal hours (14:00-18:00 in spring/fall, 14:00-19:00 in summer, 14:00-16:00 in winter), closing annually from December 24 to late February.
