The Jardin Botanique de Sedan is a public botanical garden and city park within the town of Sedan, France, not a separate municipality. The garden was created in 1875 by the mayor of Sedan, Auguste Philippoteaux, who commissioned architect Édouard Depaquit to design this green urban space after the Bourbon bastion was demolished. Today, the garden is managed as part of Sedan's public parks system, and the current mayor of Sedan (the town containing the garden) is Guillaume Kasparian, who has held this office since 2020. The garden is located on Avenue Philippoteaux, open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and offers free entry to visitors.
