The Universitaire Botanical Garden, officially known as the Jardin botanique de Talence, is a 2.5-hectare university botanical garden located in Talence, Gironde, France, within the Parc du Château Peixotto at 3 avenue Espeleta.

Founded in 1886 and now belonging to the Université de Bordeaux, the garden is scientifically directed by the M.I.B. (Institut des Molécules et Matière Condensée). While the surrounding park is open daily without charge to everyone, the botanical garden itself is primarily accessible only to students, researchers, and professionals, with a 0.25-hectare pharmaceutical enclosure reserved for limited public access.

The garden cultivates about 2,000 species of pharmaceutical and medical interest, including numerous taxa from plant families like Cucurbitaceae, Cyperaceae, and Malvaceae, along with two greenhouses, an orangerie, and a classroom building. It increasingly focuses on species rich in polyphenols and covers a significant portion of phytochemical biodiversity, serving as an important resource for research, education, and plant conservation.
